Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete a basic ECG course.
• Ability to independently interpret ECG rhythm strips.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience.
• Current CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN credential preferred; CCT certification required within 90 days with company support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and accurately identify cardiac arrhythmias.
• Review, document, and prepare physician-ready reports using cardiac monitoring software.
• Monitor transmissions and escalate critical findings per protocol.
• Maintain productivity and quality in a 24/7 monitoring environment.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient care objectives.
• Ensure timely documentation and report completion.
