Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recognize arrhythmias and immediately report to physicians.
• Scan Holter monitors and prepare preliminary reports for physicians.
• Maintain adequate inventory of EKG, Holter, and stress equipment.
• Explain procedures to patients and families to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Maintain and report equipment malfunctions; ensure instruments are in good condition.
• Perform EKG, Holter monitoring, and exercise stress tests per department policies.
• Support department quality improvements through inventory, stocking, and project participation.
