Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or higher degree with the equivalent of 30 college quarter credits in adult education, human development, human services, family support, social work, early childhood education, child development or related field.
• DCYF-approved credential or WA ECE Home Visitor Certificate or CDA credential or PDP plan enabling qualification within five years.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and enrollment activities to ensure full enrollment.
• Interview parents to determine program eligibility and obtain necessary permissions.
• Develop and implement Family Partnership Plans with families.
• Coordinate health, nutrition and referrals with families and community resources.
• Collaborate with site staff and parents to plan family events and trainings.
