Job summary

LEARN Regional Educational Service Center seeks an collaborative and innovative ECE Coordinator to strengthen high-quality early childhood programs across southeastern Connecticut. Qualifications

• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Understanding of adult learning and instructional coaching.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners.
• Experience supporting or managing early childhood programming (curriculum, assessment, standards, environments).
• Knowledge of CT ELDS & CT DOTS.
• Experience with NAEYC Early Learning Program Accreditation, local governance, and OEC grants.

Responsibilities

• Partner with early childhood programs, families, and community stakeholders to support high-quality services.
• Provide individualized technical assistance, professional learning, and facilitation support.
• Support initiatives such as NAEYC Accreditation, Tri-Share, and local governance work.
• Collect, maintain, and report data to support continuous quality improvement.
• Represent LEARN in local and statewide meetings and professional communities.
• Promote and model equity-based practices across early childhood systems.
• Support statewide early learning initiatives in collaboration with OEC and RESC Alliance partners.
