Job summary

MAS Consultants Inc. seeks a Security and Training Resources Coordinator to assist the ECC Lead with coordinating firing ranges, training areas, and emergency management activities at multiple sites.

You will operate the Exercise Control Center/Emergency Operations Center and monitor communications and weather equipment. The role requires clearance eligibility, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to work long hours, travel CONUS, and stay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year handling classified material.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Completion of DOE Classified Matter Control and Protection (CMPC) course.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to work directly with customers in a dynamic environment with long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ECC Lead in coordinating training ranges, areas, resources, deployments, and emergency management activities.
• Operate the Exercise Control Center/EOC at fixed and mobile sites.
• Monitor equipment including communications, surveillance, weather, radios, and recording devices.
• Coordinate and schedule requests for training resources; maintain activity calendars.
• Monitor access control and badge inventory; control access to Limited Access areas.
• Assist in notifying response agencies and coordinating initial response to emergencies.
