Job summary

Air Methods seeks a seasoned EC145 AMT to support maintenance across bases on a 14/14 schedule. You will perform inspections, repairs, and documentation in line with GMM and FAA rules, while maintaining readiness and aircraft availability. Expect on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires 10+ years of heavy avionics experience, EMS/aircraft systems knowledge, and the ability to work with a small team to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience.
• Advanced EC145 experience including VARTOMS, rigging and adjustment.
• AMC Part 145 and 135 maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• AOG response and rapid deployment for EC145 aircraft on ground events.
• Conduct inspections and repairs per FAA regs, maintenance manuals, and directives.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation per regulations and internal processes.
• Perform safety audits and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist in hangar plans and bi-annual base visits; support heavy maintenance events.
