Qualifications

Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; familiarity with eBikes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of mechanics, overseeing scheduling, SOP compliance, and feedback.
Oversee sourcing, hiring, and training of mechanics.
Design and implement scalable processes to increase efficiency of mechanics.
Leverage dashboards to track productivity and provide daily reports to the Business team.
Design processes to ensure inventory quality control.
Oversee upkeep of warehouses.
