Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in a metals industry preferred.
• Experience with precision measurement tools is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up designated EBW machine, interpret process sheets, set parameters, and apply lubrication.
• Operate the EBW machine while maintaining quality parameters and in-process checks.
• Monitor machine cycles and mill operation to detect jams and ensure conformance.
• Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials and finished products.
• Read and understand EBW work instructions for setup and dimensions.
• Manipulate controls and monitor speeds of machine mechanisms.
• Thread or feed material through EBW machine and control feeding mechanisms.
• Perform data entry into the SAP system.
