Job summary

Euroclear Poland hosts an Operations Analyst role within the Funds Transfers Team. You will act as a key intermediary between Euroclear’s FundSettle platform and external Transfer Agents, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of fund transfers while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of banking products, services and procedures relevant to the role.

• Demonstrated polyvalence across team tasks and processes, with the ability to control and elevate appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle.
• Monitor pending and rejected transfers, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
• Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and expedite settlements.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of transfer documentation to Transfer Agents.
• Follow up on contract notes and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex cases, including rejected or technically failed transfers.
• Escalate critical issues and contribute to the daily Critical Transfers report.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance settlement timeliness and service quality.
• Participate in monthly reviews of client queries and agent performance.

Job Description

As an Operations Analyst within the FundSettle Transfers Team, you will serve as a key intermediary between Euroclear’s FundSettle platform and external Transfer Agents (TAs). Your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of fund transfers, uphold high service standards, and mitigate operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and release transfer instructions via FundSettle.
• Monitor pending and rejected transfers, ensuring prompt resolution and settlement.
• Liaise with Transfer Agents, Fund Management Companies, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Client Services, Product Analysts) to resolve queries and expedite settlements.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of transfer documentation to Transfer Agents.
• Follow up on contract notes and ensure adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve complex cases, including rejected or technically failed transfers.

• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance settlement timeliness and service quality.
