Job Description

This role provides project maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair support for the third shift at the Morgantown facility.

Essential Functions:

• Rebuild cathode plug assemblies for reliability
• Rebuild cathode plug supports and H.V. stab connections
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on Electron Beam guns
• Make major repairs and adjustments to Electron Beam guns as needed
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts to support 24/7 operations
• Coordinate outside repairs and machining of Electron Beam gun parts
• Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required; trade school degree preferred
• At least 2 years of electronic maintenance and repair experience
• Experience with machinery and complex assembly helpful
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and wear a respirator
• Experience as an E.B. Furnace Operator is a plus
