• ·Bachelor’s degree
• ·Familiarity with the EB-5 Program
• ·2+ years of investor relations, corporate communication, or capital markets experience
• ·Professionalism, positive attitude, perseverance, mental toughness, and initiative in the face of challenges

Preferred

• ·Extensive knowledge of the EB-5 space, including regional center compliance, targeted economic areas (TEAs), and I-526E/I-829 filings.
• ·Experienced with Real Estate models, pro-formas, and private equity waterfalls
• ·Bi-lingual in either Hindi, Chinese, Portuguese, or Vietnamese
• ·Series 7/63/65 licensing
• ·Succeeded in a sales role working with people from various cultures
