Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking dedicated team members to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. You will work under a BCBA, following individualized plans and using ABA technology to track progress.

The role emphasizes a supportive culture, paid training toward RBT certification, and a clear path to BCBA advancement with our scholarship program. Full-time, on-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Reliability—showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on tough days.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means:

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans.
• Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days

• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment - we'll prepare you
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed
