Job summary

SeaChange is seeking an Easy Enveloper Operator to run and monitor envelope manufacturing equipment, ensuring efficient, high‑quality production. You will perform setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting while upholding safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and within a team on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm) with full benefits. Prior related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating envelope manufacturing machinery or related printing equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate the Easy Enveloper machine to produce envelopes per orders.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine.
• Inspect finished envelopes for quality, ensuring size, shape, and print specifications.
• Record production data and report any defects or concerns to supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
