About the Role

• Monitor and record water temperature and sanitizer solution levels; notify management if levels are not correct.
• Follow sanitary guidelines and environmental requirements.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, garbage cans, and kitchen areas.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen; hand wash pots and pans; operate a commercial dishwasher.
• Deliver meal trays to residents unable to come to the dining room.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts plus every other Saturday/Sunday and alternating holidays from 4:30 pm to approximately 8 pm.
• Prefer experience with kitchen organization.
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Ability to assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
