Auto Value in Wisconsin is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance of multiple automotive parts locations across the Fox River Valley area. You will lead store teams, shape business strategies, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while coaching managers.

The role requires strong leadership across multi-store operations, budgeting and sales, with travel within the region. You’ll build relationships, monitor performance, and drive growth, profitability, and service standards

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing or supporting multi-store operations.
Strong background in operations, budgeting, and sales strategy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.

Experience in automotive parts or retail is a plus.
