The Army & Airforce Exchange Service seeks qualified candidates for the role of Air Force chaplain. This position involves providing spiritual guidance, managing religious programs, and ensuring the well-being of Airmen. Candidates must hold advanced theological degrees and demonstrate leadership in ministry.
Nothing tests religious beliefs more than many situations our Airmen face throughout their service. Providing pastoral care, ministry, and counseling to those of faith and those of no faith, Air Force chaplains are religious ministry professionals who support the spiritual resilience of our Airmen worldwide. As spiritual leaders, chaplains are relied upon for faith and personal guidance. They also advocate for our Airmen and consult with leadership on moral, ethical, and quality-of-life issues.
