Frederick Fox in the East region is seeking a Regional Controller for construction; you will lead accounting operations across multiple entities and sites.

This hands-on leadership role requires CPA and 5+ years in accounting, with at least 3 years leading teams in project-based environments.

You will oversee month/quarter/year closes, consolidation, reconciliations, intercompany reporting, and collaborate with auditors while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in GAAP and construction accounting standards (WIP, retainage, % of completion).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multiple entities.
• Consolidate trial balances, perform reconciliations, and manage intercompany reporting.
• Supervise and develop local finance staff across the region.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors and drive process improvements across entities.
