Caterpillar is seeking an IT Project Leader to drive manufacturing technology initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. You will own projects from requirements through deployment, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver value.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with manufacturing IT systems (PLM/MES/ERP); PMP/Agile is a plus. This role is based in East Peoria, IL and requires onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or hands-on experience in IT/Engineering or related field.
• Progressive experience leading enterprise technology initiatives in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of manufacturing application projects and programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, developers and vendors.
• Drive implementation and support of PLM, MES, ERP, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adoption and realization of business value.
