WSP USA seeks a Maritime East Leader to drive pursuit, planning and delivery of complex port and marine projects along the US East Coast from Maine to Florida. The role reports to the National Maritime Leader and emphasizes growth, client relationships and staff development.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence and safety, and pursue opportunities with public authorities, Navy and private clients.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
15+ years of relevant post-education experience on US East Coast port/terminal projects.
Professional Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
Advanced proficiency with marine, port, and coastal engineering practices and design methods.
Proven ability to lead technical and commercial proposals and manage large programs.
