Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking an East Coast Facilities Operations Manager to oversee operations across Scottsdale, AZ, Atlanta, GA, and Sterling, VA. The role emphasizes safe, reliable facilities, cross-location collaboration, and proactive maintenance to support business needs.

You will lead maintenance programs, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with EH&S and security teams in a hybrid work setting with travel up to 40%. Base pay ranges from $93,300 to $149,280 USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial building systems and safety standards.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and facility service providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of East Coast facilities across multiple locations.
• Ensure safe, reliable, high-quality experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical systems across sites.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders and seek alignment before major changes.
• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget work.
• Review facility designs to ensure compliance with codes and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets with a view to efficiency and cost control.
• Support space planning and sustainability initiatives in partnership with leaders.
