Right at Home South Shore Long Island is seeking Companions, HHAs or PCAs to join our in-home care team in East Atlantic Beach, NY. We value compassion, reliability and a patient-centered approach as you support seniors and their families in the community.

Positions offer flexible shifts, training, and a family-like workplace. Candidates must hold NYS HHA and/or PCA certification and meet safety and immunization requirements to provide direct patient care.

Must Haves:

• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate
• Hold a current valid Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate from New York State
• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care (copy of a medical physical within a year and proof of immunization titers)
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
