Job summary

Sargent is seeking Laborers to join our earthwork crew in the Piedmont-Triad region. No prior experience is required, and you’ll learn the construction trade from the ground up while helping with site development, landscaping, and related outdoor tasks.

You will travel regionally, with travel expenses covered and weekends at home when not on assignment. We offer competitive pay from $20 per hour, comprehensive benefits, a wellness program, and an employee stock ownership plan that lets you share

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel in the region.

Responsibilities

• Perform outdoor manual labor with rakes, shovels, and compactors.

• Return home on weekends when not traveling.
