The Kearney Companies, a Site & Utilities Contractor based in Riverview, FL, seeks an Earthwork Foreman to lead daily earthwork operations in the Brandon/Riverview area. You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment, read plans, and ensure work meets plans and safety standards on projects across the Tampa Bay area.

Ideal candidates have hands-on heavy equipment experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train team members while maintaining production and quality goals under OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in earthwork, grading, site development, or heavy civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct earthwork crews engaged in clearing, grubbing, excavation, grading, embankment, and site preparation activities.
