Job summary

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. seeks an Earthwork Foreman to directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew on Florida site projects. The Foreman may also engage in relevant trade work of supervised employees. FDOT experience is preferred.

Key duties include supervising a crew, reporting to the Superintendent, and ensuring readings of drawings and specifications are accurate. Safety orientations will be implemented and coached for improvement, with duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a crew on dirt and site projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety orientations and coaching for improvement.
• FDOT project experience is a plus.

We are seeking an Earthwork Foreman. The Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.

Key Duties:

• Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects.


• Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications.
