Job summary

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a premier heavy/highway civil contractor operating throughout Florida with a focus on large site infrastructure, underground work, and road projects.

The supervisor will lead a field crew, coordinate with the Superintendent, and ensure safety and efficiency on active sites throughout Florida. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with heavy equipment for dirt and site projects, the ability to read drawings and specifications, and a track record of

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a crew in heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience tracking time and materials and reporting.
• FDOT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a crew on heavy/highway site work.
• Report progress and issues to the Superintendent.
• Operate and supervise use of heavy equipment for dirt/site projects.
• Ensure safety orientations are followed and coach for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
