TLS Construction LLC in Spanish Fort, Alabama, seeks an Earthmoving Equipment Operator — Heavy Civil and Grading Specialist to join our residential and commercial civil projects. You will operate a modern fleet to shape landscapes and build infrastructure while enjoying a stable, family-oriented culture and competitive pay.

This full-time, onsite role requires 5-day weeks with no weekends, and offers project completion bonuses, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy civil earthmoving equipment.
• Experience in heavy excavation, land clearing, and fine grading.
• Solid understanding of open-trench utility installations.
• Accurate, meticulous, detail-oriented work.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Spanish Fort, AL.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, and ADTs to execute earthmoving maneuvers.
• Perform land clearing and heavy excavation to meet project timelines.
• Deliver high-quality fine grading for foundations and utilities.
• Install utilities by digging, placing, and backfilling trenches.
• Use 3D GPS machine control to meet grading specs.
• Collaborate with ground crews and field supervisors.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections for safety.
