Job description

Join to apply for the EarthCorps Crew Member role at AmeriCorps.

EarthCorps brings together passionate young adults from across the country to perform environmental service in Seattle, Washington, as part of an AmeriCorps leadership training program. Corps members work collaboratively to restore urban forests, shorelines, community spaces, and salmon streams, contributing to thriving ecosystems.

Member Duties:

  1. Field Service (80%): Work on a crew of 5-7 members to complete environmental restoration projects across the Puget Sound region, guided by a Crew Leader.
  2. Training & Workshops (20%): Participate in retreats, workshops, and trainings covering botany, ecology, natural resource management, leadership, and communication skills.

Terms: Attend school during off hours, work at another job during off hours, uniforms provided and required.
