Job summary

Brooklyn Brothers is seeking a social content creator to join our in-house social creative team. You will develop original concepts, craft content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, and bring ideas to life with hands-on production.

The role requires a portfolio, 2+ years in a content team, and a strong writing and video-editing skill set. Equal opportunity employer; in-office collaboration preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a content team (agency, studio, or in-house).
• Portfolio showing conceptual thinking and hands-on execution across social formats.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to final delivery.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and evolving content trends.
• Experience creating organic social content to drive engagement.
• Strong short-form video creation and mobile editing skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Photography and photo editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop original social-first concepts and campaigns for always-on and tentpole ideas.
• Generate ideas independently and in brainstorms.
• Create platform-tailored content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Translate cultural moments and audience insights into opportunities.
• Work within brand strategies to develop ideas.
• Bring ideas to life through hands-on content creation.
• Present concepts and finished work to clients.
• Balance multiple projects with high creative quality.
• Stay curious about platforms and trends.
