Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience by assisting front desk and guest services.
• Develop Your Craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn by watching Salon Professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building through training on product knowledge, consultations, and client development.
