365 Freight USA in Savannah, GA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid mentor program that transitions to solo regional driving from Savannah. The 4- to 6-week training includes hands-on road instruction and a pathway to independent regional routes.

Post-training drivers will handle dry van freight on regional runs serving the Eastern United States, with modern equipment and a strong support system.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screenings.
• No prior over-the-road experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid mentor program with hands-on road training.
• Transition into solo regional driving after training.
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes with home time in Savannah.
• Follow DOT hours-of-service and maintain logs and paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers.
