365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates for a paid 4–6 week mentor program in Augusta, GA. The program trains drivers under experienced mentors, then transitions to solo regional assignments across the Southeast and East.

Post-training pay ranges from $1,600 to $1,800 per week with weekly direct deposit, comprehensive benefits after training, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. No over-the-road experience required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements.
• No prior over-the-road experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs and paperwork.
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Southeast and East.
• Transition to solo regional assignments after training.
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers.
