• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer in residential settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate iPad-based software.
• Solid understanding of local HVAC codes and installation requirements.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork and related components.
• Perform start-ups, testing and final walk-throughs to ensure proper operation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized job site, following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Apply knowledge of HVAC codes and best practices to complete installations efficiently.
