Job summary

Binance is seeking a remote Senior Product Operations professional to drive DeFi product initiatives and campaigns. You will collaborate with global teams to plan, test, and optimize campaigns, focusing on staking, redemption, and reward flows.

You will build AI-driven insights to improve product experiences and work with Morpho, Aave, Pendle, Ethena-like protocols. Strong English communication is essential for Europe and US collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault) and understanding of yield mechanics and risk structures.
• Ability to assess how on-chain products fit within the current product suite.
• Strong product operations mindset with the ability to design solutions from an operations perspective and lead campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user operation campaigns with internal BD teams and external partners; handle material prep, cross-functional coordination, GTM, and rewards.
• Own pre-launch testing, product optimization, and GTM initiatives for campaigns, improving staking, redemption, and reward flows.
• Build a data analysis framework using AI tools to generate actionable operational insights.
• Experience in product/operations roles with DeFi protocols (Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena).
• Understand basic smart contract logic and use on-chain analytics tools like Dune and Etherscan.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), with a strong understanding of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures;
• Able to conduct an initial assessment of how on-chain products fit within our current product suite.
• Strong product operations mindset, with the ability to contribute to product solution design from an operations perspective and independently lead the planning and execution of user campaigns.
• Proficient in using AI tools for product analysis, operational data review, and campaign performance evaluation; able to proactively identify blind spots in the team’s work and close gaps with a data-driven approach.
• Strong English skills, with the ability to communicate directly with project teams in Europe and the US, as well as solid business development and product communication capabilities.
