You'll haul steady, recession-proof retail freight across the South with massive weekly mileage, top-tier annual earning potential, and customizable home-time options.

1. High-Volume Earning Power

• Pull in a massive weekly paycheck averaging $1,700 to $2,000+ per driver ($88,000 to $104,000+ annualized).
• Experience-tiered CPM scale running from $0.38 to $0.41 CPM (based on joint experience), backed by paid orientation/ride-along training ($100/day) and $15 stop pay (after the first stop).

2. Freight, Miles & Equipment

• Dedicated temperature-controlled retail distribution running out of Denton, TX, servicing store yards across Texas, Arkansas, and Memphis, TN.
• Heavy Team Miles: Logging roughly 4,500 miles per week across 6 loads. Hauling 100% no-touch reefer freight with 1–5 live store drops daily in late-model Freightliner and Kenworth sleepers (cargo securement awareness required for potential load shift in transit).

3. Flexible Home Time & Schedules

• Tailored Home Time: Choose the rotation schedule that fits your team best:
  • 6 days on / 1 day off
  • 12 days on / 2 days off
  • 25 days on / 3 days off
• Operates on night driving schedules with early morning store deliveries and nighttime pickups (weekend and holiday availability required).

4. Qualifications & Toxicology Screening
