Complete Childcare Nurseries Ltd is seeking a dedicated Early Years Nursery Apprentice to join our established team at a Finchampstead setting. The role involves assisting in supervision and care of children aged 0–5, supporting play-based learning, and helping maintain a welcoming environment.

You will observe development under EYFS, build strong relationships with families, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and care of children aged 0–5, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
• Contribute to the creation of a stimulating, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
• Observe and document children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere
• Encourage children’s independence, communication, and social skills through daily interactions
• Participate actively in training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Support with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and rest periods, maintaining high standards of care and discretion

40- 45 hours a week

Salary (Based on 45 hours):

£19,890

Your Main Role And Responsibilities Will Be To

• Assist in the supervision and care of children aged 0–5, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play

• Support with daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, and rest periods, maintaining high standards of care and discretion
