Job summary

Ultimate Activity Camps is seeking an Early Years Leader to oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp. You will support the welfare and safety of the children and deliver structured activities across sports, arts and play for our Ultimate Activity Juniors.

Working alongside your Camp Manager, you will ensure OFSTED requirements are met and take on a pastoral role as a key contact for the 4 and 5 year olds, providing high quality care and liaising with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early years programmes.
• Ability to ensure welfare and safety of the children.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver structured activities for young children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of the children.
• Deliver outstanding, structured activities (sports, arts, play) to the Early Years children.
• Work with Camp Manager to meet OFSTED requirements.
• Serve as a pastoral contact for 4- and 5-year-olds and liaise with parents.
