Job summary

The Alliance in Bradford is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Lead to join our friendly team. You will deliver high-quality EYFS play and learn sessions and creche provision, supporting children's learning and well-being in a safe, inclusive environment while building strong relationships with families.

This fixed-term role runs 18 hours per week over 39 weeks, with virtual interviews via Teams and opportunities for professional development, safeguarding training, and a supportive benefits

Qualifications

• Childcare qualification Level 3 or above with EYFS knowledge
• Experience delivering children and family sessions
• Ability to deliver EYFS welfare requirements
• Understanding of home learning's value and encouraging parental involvement
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

About The Role

In this rewarding role, you will support children's learning and development through the delivery of high-quality play and learn sessions and creche provision. You will play a key role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive, while helping families build confidence in supporting their children's early learning.

Main Duties

Essential Criteria

• Childcare qualification at Level 3 or above with a good understanding of EYFS and child development
• Experience of delivering children and family sessions
• Ability to deliver to the EYFS welfare requirements
• An understanding of the value and importance of home learning and the ability to encourage parental involvement
• Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative

This is a fixed term post until 31st march 2028
