Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare in Phoenix seeks a caring, energetic female graduate to join our team and work with young children. You will lead daily activities, implement lesson plans, and support children's development in a busy early childhood setting.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Early Childhood Education and at least two years of teaching experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexible hours from 9 to 6 or 10 to 7 may apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom operations and daily lesson execution.
• Attend to young children's basic needs: activities, meals, and nap.
• Maintain order and instill good manners and values.
• Collaborate with teachers and centre staff.
• Be punctual; contact Center if delayed.
• Maintain reliable attendance and notify absences in advance.
• Show a positive attitude at work.
• Receive feedback with a learning mindset.
• Communicate directly and avoid gossip.

Qualifications : Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT trained) preferred/ any graduation.

Experience : 2+ years of teaching experience

Work Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM/ 10 AM – 7 PM
