Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Early Talent Relationship Manager to lead the Eastern United States’ internship and early career programs. You will partner with business leaders to shape a robust talent pipeline, manage campus strategies, and drive development initiatives across a growing organization.

You will build cross‑divisional relationships, analyze program data, and deliver meaningful experiences that attract and retain high‑potential talent.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent management, HR business partnering, organizational development, or workforce planning.
  • Experience supporting university recruiting, internship programs, early careers, or talent development initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the Eastern U.S.
  • Financial services, insurance, or professional services experience is a plus.

Overview

We are seeking an Early Talent Relationship Manager to lead early career talent strategy across the Eastern United States. In this highly visible role, you'll help shape the future workforce of a global organization by driving our nationally recognized internship and early career programs, partnering with business leaders, and creating pathways that connect top talent to rewarding careers.
