About the Role
As an Assistant Buyer Trainee you will assist the merchandising team in analyzing the business, and learn to drive key pricing and marketing processes and provide operational support.
What You’ll Do
Analyze assigned lines of business by generating, reviewing and interpreting weekly reporting
Own pricing and signing execution, in-season maintenance, markdown execution and debit processing
Participate in marketing conversations ensuring Kohl’s is represented in a way that supports our product strategies while learning how to execute sample turn-in for photo shoots, advertising proofing and digital experience reviews
Actively engage in competitive shopping, analyzing trends and competitor pricing and marketing
Additional tasks may be assigned
