Job summary

Experience requirements include multiple years in health or developmental disability services, with or without advanced degrees.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• 6 years of full-time work experience plus four years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• A bachelor's degree plus four years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.
• An advanced degree in a social sciences field, nursing, public health; public, hospital, or health administration; speech-language pathology or communication sciences and disorders; physical, occupational, recreational, or music therapy plus three years of experience in providing health or developmentally disabled services, counseling, health care management, or social services.

Responsibilities

• Plans, assigns, directs, and evaluates the work of intake coordinators and other assigned personnel.
• Participates in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Documents supervisory meetings, identified concerns, recommendations, and follow-up activities.
• Monitors staff workloads, referral assignments, and caseload distribution to ensure timely processing of referrals.
