Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock, replenish, merchandise, and service accounts in the Hudson/New Port Richey/Land O' Lakes area. You will build displays and ensure on-shelf availability, coordinating orders to meet consumer demand.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. Expect early start times and weekend work in a fast-paced retail environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack or lift product; certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements per company standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and shelf allocation in accounts; minimize stockouts and loss.
• Place timely orders per ad calendar and adjust orders as needed.
• Manage back stock levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
• Meet customer service expectations through daily communication and follow-up.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, and shoppers.
• Ensure merchandising standards and rotate products as required.
• Organize backroom inventory and keep areas clean.
• Transport and maintain point-of-sale materials as needed.
