Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to stock, merchandise, and replenish products at designated accounts on a route-based schedule. You will ensure proper displays, inventory levels, and timely ordering while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle. Weekend work and physical duties are expected; full-time, day shifts in the Brevard area.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Clean driving record with no major moving violations in last 3 years.
• Associates degree / 1-2 yrs college preferred.
• 1+ year sales/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements per company standards.
• Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and accounts.
• Place timely orders per ad calendar to replenish stock and adjust as needed.
• Manage back stock and trade breakage in accounts.
• Communicate account activities and equipment service needs to relevant parties.
• Maintain merchandising standards and rotate products in designated accounts.
• Keep backroom inventory organized and equipment clean.
• Work 5 days per week, with weekend shifts.
