McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector II to join our Brookhaven, MS distribution team. You will read or scan labels to identify slot locations, pick the correct quantities, and place items into totes while maintaining accuracy and safety.

The role starts early (5:00 am) with benefits after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, vacation and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity.
• Pull correct quantities of designated products and place in a tote or box.
• Push tote or box along a conveyor line and finish the order accurately.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
