McLane is seeking a Warehouse Selector II for our distribution team. The role requires reading labels, selecting products, and assembling orders with safety as a priority.

The position begins with a 3:00am shift from Monday to Friday, offering comprehensive benefits after the 60th day and 401(k) with profit sharing. Qualified candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED, and able to read, write, and understand English for instruction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English to perform tasks safely and accurately.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from slot locations and place in tote or box.
• Push tote/box along a conveyor line and continue until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
