Job summary

Slakey Brothers in Salinas, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Team Member/Backup Delivery Driver to support our branch operations.

You will load, pick, and verify shipments, deliver to customers with safety and professionalism, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50–75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous driving experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 100% customer satisfaction.
• Load and unload product shipments.
• Pick and assemble products for customers and verify for shipping.
• Assist teammates and maintain a safe, organized warehouse.
