Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking warehouse associates in Manteca, CA. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on 1st shift (Mon-Thu 5am-3:30pm). You will stage, sort, load, unload, and scan items using our warehouse system, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements include basic computer skills, reading/comprehension, and the ability to multitask. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and a $125 boot allowance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers & letters.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse equipment (where applicable).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read work orders to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Complete daily logs and communicate with shifts.
• Use warehouse management system to scan products and ensure quality control.
