Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to join a safety-conscious team in a dynamic warehouse environment. Earn $21.68/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential, with Friday–Tuesday and Saturday–Wednesday shifts available.

Comprehensive benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, life, 401K, and boot allowance after 90 days. Responsibilities include staging and sorting products, moving materials, packaging for shipping, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required.
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking, organizational, flexible, and time management skills required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specific location.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas.
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Complies with all safety requirements.
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Attach identifying tags to containers, or mark them with identifying information.
• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or the shipping department.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
