Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Tire Loader/Unloader in Pennsylvania with the potential to earn between $500 and $850 weekly based on performance. Responsibilities include unloading and loading tires, focusing on quality and safety while ensuring stacks are stable. The role requires the ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and to lift various weights. Full-time employees are eligible for vacation and overtime opportunities.

Working days are Monday to Thursday from 5 am to 1 pm, allowing for additional hours when available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Unloading tires ensuring stability and correct stack labeling.
• Loading tires correctly to prevent safety hazards.
• Paid per trailer unloaded, typically 3-4 trailers per person daily.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry 5-90 lbs
