Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Route Specialist in Charlotte to cover routes when teammates are away and maintain established routes across delivery, stocking, and merchandising duties. You will stock, rotate, and face products on shelves and in coolers while ensuring proper rotation and customer service standards.

The role includes assisting with training, handling urgent customer needs, and supporting the supervisor on territory projects.

Qualifications

• Direct store delivery experience or familiarity with route-based sales is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history; CDL/permit may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacation routes to maintain established route standards and sales.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Assist supervisor in training and safety-focused activities.
• Handle urgent customer needs and coordinate with sales and delivery teams.
• Support projects across the territory as assigned.
